The Adobe Employee Purchase Program (EPP) is a comprehensive benefit designed to provide software, hardware, and branded gear at significant discounts to both current staff and long-term retirees. Regular employees and eligible retirees can purchase Adobe software at a deep discount. Products are for personal use, gifting to friends/family, or donation. Reselling for profit or exchanging for services is strictly prohibited.
To qualify for retiree benefits, you must be at least 50 years old with a minimum of 15 years of service at Adobe. Eligible retirees receive a lifetime membership at no cost. If you retired between Jan 1, 2021, and Dec 31, 2022, the old requirements apply (Age 50+ and 25+ years of service).
To claim the lifetime membership, email CompExt(at)adobe(dot)com and ERC(at)adobe(dot)com at least one week before your final day. Include your anniversary date, last day, and personal email.
Adobe’s discount portal provides instant access to global and local savings on travel, entertainment, wellbeing, and voluntary insurance. While most perks are found on the portal, specific items like on-demand learning are accessed via Inside Adobe, with insurance billed directly to you.
