How to Get and Verify the Volcom First Responder Discount

To claim the Volcom First Responder Discount, shop for eligible products on Volcom's Canadian website and proceed to checkout. At checkout, select the ID.me verification option and sign in to an existing ID.me account or create one. Choose your first responder occupation and provide the requested information or supporting documentation if required. ID.me may verify eligible categories such as EMTs/paramedics, firefighters, law enforcement officers, and 911 dispatchers. Once your first responder status is successfully verified, authorize ID.me to share the verification with Volcom; the 15% discount is then applied automatically to eligible items at checkout.
