Save More on Every TransLink Journey
TransLink is the transportation authority serving Metro Vancouver, providing public transit through buses, SkyTrain, SeaBus, HandyDART, and West Coast Express services. Its fare system offers different pricing based on the type of transit, travel zones, payment method, and passenger eligibility. Seniors can benefit from TransLink’s concession fare category, which provides discounted fares for eligible riders aged 65 and older.
To receive the TransLink senior discount, seniors must be 65 or older and have valid photo ID proving their age. Concession fares are available through applicable fare products, including Compass Cards and Tickets, and the current concession cash fares are $2.30 for 1-Zone, $3.40 for 2-Zone, and $4.60 for 3-Zone travel.
