DTLR, formerly Downtown Locker Room, specializes in trendy footwear, apparel and accessories, and store formats designed to have a high-energy atmosphere with the look and feel of an independent retailer. It has expanded to 110 stores in 12 states and Washington, including 29 in Maryland. The chain opened 12 to 15 stores in the last couple of years. DTLR is your one-stop shop for the latest gear.

• Missing Order: DTLR is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages once the courier has picked up the package from their facility and is in route. DTLR customer service will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.

Return

If you find yourself unsatisfied with a product, you have the freedom to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving it from the date on your receipt to request a full refund of the purchased price. Returns will only be accepted if items are in a new and unused condition with the original packaging and tags.

• The item must be in brand-new condition.
• No usage should be evident, and all pieces must be intact.
• Original tags and packaging must be present.
• It takes up to 10 business days for your money to be refunded back to your card which is dependent upon your bank.

Online Return Policies

Online returns must be processed within 30 days of the receipt. All items being returned must be placed into a box and returned back to DTLR. If you purchase footwear the shoe box must go into another box and the shipping labels must go on the outside of the box. If there is a failure to comply a refund will not be issued.
