KÜHL Warranty, Return, and Repair Policy

Returns

KÜHL accepts returns for items purchased on KÜHL within 45 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached. Exchanges are not offered—customers must place a new order after returning. A prepaid Canada Post return label is included, and $7.50 will be deducted from your refund if used. Returns are processed within 10 business days after receipt, with refunds taking an additional 3–5 days depending on your bank. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Gift returns are also accepted within 45 days and processed as a KÜHL e-Gift Card. Customers may use their own shipping method to avoid the $7.50 fee but must retain tracking information.

Warranty & Repairs

KÜHL guarantees its products against defects in materials and workmanship. Defective items purchased from authorized sellers will be repaired or replaced at KÜHL’s discretion. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect are not covered. Warranties are non-transferable.

To start a warranty or repair claim, customers must submit a request online. The evaluation process may take up to 10 days, and communication will be handled via email.
