Well, I reached out to Anycubic's support for help to advise me on where to get an accessory for my 3D printer, which was broken due to my fault. On the internet, I didn't find any shops to purchase. Surprisingly, they verified some details, gave me instructions on what to send, and as a result, they offered me a new part for free, because of warrant,y etc. I am really happy, this is unexpactable and now I am just waiting for delivery. Thank you so much for such a wonderful attitude.

Bought the Kobra 2 Neo. Setup was straightforward and the print quality is great for the price. Just wish they included better leveling instructions.
