Shipping & Pick-Up Policy

• Shipping Rates – Orders are shipped via Purolator. Rates and times vary by location. Purolator does not deliver to P.O. boxes, weekends, or holidays. A signature is required upon delivery.

• Pick-Up Option – In-store pick-up is available for added convenience.

• International Shipping – First item costs $130 CAD, with each additional item costing $30 CAD. International customers may be subject to customs duties and fees, which are not included in order totals.

Diploma Frames and Custom Rings have separate shipping rates, as they are delivered directly from external vendors.

Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

• A physical or digital receipt is required for in-person returns.

• Clothing – Return or exchange within 21 days of purchase.

• Tech & Supplies – Return within 14 days of purchase.

• Course/Program Kits – Contents must be verified within 2 business days.
