Shipping & Return Policy

Pickup & Delivery:

Prefer not to wait for shipping? Choose In-Store Pickup at checkout! You’ll be notified once your order is ready, and you can collect it during store hours at our Edmonton boutique.

Shipping Policy:

• Flat rate shipping of $12 applies to all regular-priced purchases. Priority or expedited shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

• All packages are shipped with tracking information provided once your order is dispatched.

• Shipping is only available to the billing address or a confirmed address. Customers are responsible for additional costs on rejected packages.

• Once shipped, Floc Boutique is not responsible for shipping or customs delays, though we’ll assist in tracking your order.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable once the package has been shipped.

• Due to U.S. import regulations and tariffs, Floc Boutique currently does not ship to the United States. International shipping rates vary and will be displayed at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy:

• Regular-priced merchandise may be returned or exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase with the original (or gift) receipt. Items must be unused, unworn, and have original tags attached.

• Sale items, bath, beauty, fragrance products, undergarments, and shapewear are FINAL SALE. Gift cards and styling services are non-refundable.
